BambooHR integration known issues

These are the known issues when integrating BambooHR with Okta:

• You can't create new users in BambooHR. An error is returned when an Okta user is assigned to BambooHR and provisioning is enabled. To avoid the error, import existing users from BambooHR first.
• Unicode values replace special characters in attributes. For example, ShirtSize# is displayed as ShirtSize_U+0023.
• Users who aren't employees can't be imported. However, you can provision the credentials of users who aren't employees.
• Users who aren't employees can't be managed in Okta.
• The account used for provisioning must be a BambooHR administrator.
• Real-Time Termination Sync, also known as immediate termination, and employee location or time zone-based termination (detected during OIN BambooHR import) aren't supported.
