Integrate Domo with Okta
Enable provisioning for your Domo app instance to integrate with Okta.
Before you begin
- You must have a Domo account with admin privileges so you can create access tokens and manage users.
- Generate a Domo access token.
- In Domo, go to
- Under Authentication, select Access tokens.
- Click Generate access token, provide a description, use the Search users box to find and select the user to associate the token with, and set the token expiration.
- Click Generate. Copy the token and save it in a secure location for later use. You can't view the token again after closing this window.
- You have permission to manage apps in Okta.
Note:
A Domo access token expires based on the lifetime policy that you configure during its creation. You must manually rotate the Domo access token in the Okta Admin Console before it expires to avoid provisioning disruptions.
- In the Admin Console, go to .
- Click Browse App Catalog.
- Search for and select Domo (SCIM, Entitlement Management), and then click Add Integration.
- Enter an Application label for the integration and then click Next.
- Configure your sign-on settings and then click Done.
- Go to the Provisioning tab and select Integration under Settings. Click Configure API Integration.
- Select Enable API Integration.
- Enter your Access Token and Subdomain.
- Click Test API Credentials.
- After the authorization process is successful, click Save.
- Select To App under Settings. Click Edit, and then select the provisioning features that you want to enable.
- Click Save.
