| Push new users |
- New users created in Okta are also created in
Fleet End User Enrollment with an
Active status.
- First name, last name, and username are all required.
- The username must be the user's email address and must be unique.
|
| Push profile updates |
- Updates that you make to the user in Okta are pushed
to the Fleet End User Enrollment account.
- You can only update the First Name and
Last Name fields.
- Username and email changes aren't supported. If you change a user's username or
email, the integration treats it as a new user and creates a new record.
|
| Push user deactivation |
- Deactivating a user, or disabling the user's access to the app, in
Okta deactivates the account in
Fleet End User Enrollment.
- The record is retained rather than deleted, so the device-to-user mapping is
preserved and you can reactivate the user later.
|
| Reactivate users |
Reactivating or enabling a user in Okta reactivates the
account in Fleet End User Enrollment. |
| Import new users |
- Active end-user accounts from Fleet End User Enrollment are
imported into Okta.
- During import and assignment confirmation, make sure that the email field isn't blank.
|
| Import profile updates |
Updates made to a user's profile in Fleet End User Enrollment
are downloaded and applied to the profile fields stored locally in
Okta. |

Fleet End User Enrollment. See
Manage Group Push.
- You can create, rename, and delete standard (static) groups. Group names must be
