Integrate Lucid with Okta

Complete the steps in this guide to configure provisioning for Lucid in your Okta org.

Before you begin

  • You have a Lucid admin account with an enterprise subscription.
  • You've enabled automatic team upgrades in Lucid. To do this, go to AdminLicensing. This action requires that you have an account owner or billing admin account.
  • Your account has SCIM enabled.
  • You have a SCIM bearer token. To generate one, go to AdminApp IntegrationSCIM.

Start this task

  1. In the Admin Console, go to ApplicationsApplications.

  2. Click Browse App Catalog.
  3. Search for and select Lucid, and then click Add Integration.
  4. Enter a label for the app, and then click Done.
  5. Go to the Provisioning tab, and then click Configure API Integration.
  6. Select Enable API integration.
  7. Click Test API Credentials.
  8. After Lucid is successfully verified, click Save.
  9. Select To App under Settings. Click Edit, and then select the provisioning features that you want to enable.
  10. Click Save.
