Test the integration

Test your MuleSoft Anypoint Platform integration to ensure that users can access it through Okta.

Before proceeding to the following steps, confirm that a test user or group has been assigned in the Okta Admin Console in the app's Assignments tab.

Sign in through MuleSoft Platform

  1. Sign in to MuleSoft Platform.
  2. Click Use custom domain.
  3. Enter your Organization domain (for example, Okta) and click Continue.
  4. On the redirected page, click Continue with domain_name.
  5. Enter your Okta credentials to sign in to MuleSoft Platform. The MuleSoft Platform dashboard appears.

Sign in through the direct SSO URL

As an alternative to using the standard sign-in page, you can initiate SSO using a direct URL.

  1. In the MuleSoft Platform, go to Access ManagementIdentity Providers.
  2. Click the icon next to your org name and select Copy Direct Link.
  3. Go to the copied URL to authenticate directly through Okta (for example: https://anypoint.mulesoft.com/accounts/login/{yourOrgDomain}).
  4. You're redirected to the Sign-in page; click Continue with IdP_name.
  5. Authenticate with your Okta credentials to sign in to MuleSoft Platform. The MuleSoft Platform dashboard appears.
