This table lists the features and functionality that are available with an Oracle Human Capital Management integration.
A Last name value is required to create or update a user in Oracle Human Capital Management. If you don't provide this value, the API assigns the username to the Last name property.

Push new users |
Users created in Okta are also created in Oracle Human Capital Management. Note that you don't need to assign a role to users when you create them. |

Push user deactivation |
Deactivating a user or disabling app access in Okta removes the user account in Oracle Human Capital Management. When a user is suspended, their data is removed and they can't access the app. |

Push profile updates |
Updates to the Okta user profile are pushed to Oracle Human Capital Management. Here are some important things to note:

Updates to the user's Okta password are pushed to Oracle Human Capital Management. |
| Import new users | Users created in Oracle Human Capital Management can be imported into Okta. |

Import profile updates |
Updates made to a user's profile in Oracle Human Capital Management are downloaded and applied to the profile fields in Okta. |

Import user schema |
Imports additional user attributes from Oracle Human Capital Management. This is also known as schema discovery. |

Reactivate Users |
Reactivating or enabling the user in Okta reactivates the user in Oracle Human Capital Management. |
