| Push new users |
- Users created in Okta are set to active in Pipedrive and sent an email invitation to complete their account setup.
- The user's Okta username and email must match, because the email address is the user's login identifier in Pipedrive.
- You can manage the user's app access, including Sales, Projects, and Campaigns. Projects and Campaigns are add-on seats that require a Sales seat.
|
| Push user deactivation |
Deactivating a user or disabling their access to the app in Okta deactivates the user in Pipedrive. |
| Reactivate users |
- Users reactivated in Okta are also reactivated in Pipedrive.
- If a user's original invitation was never accepted, Okta reactivates the existing account instead of creating a new one.
|
| Import new users |
Users created in Pipedrive are imported into Okta. You can import a maximum of 3,500 users into Okta. |
| Push groups |
- You can push groups and their members to Pipedrive. See Manage Group Push. In Pipedrive, these groups are called visibility groups, and the Pipedrive API refers to them as roles.
- A user can belong to only one group at a time. Pipedrive enforces single membership, so assigning a user to a new group removes them from their previous group.
- The group name and description are both pushed to Pipedrive. The name is required and the description is optional. Updates to either value are also pushed.

| Entitlement Management |
You can manage app entitlements for Pipedrive in Okta. If the app supports Okta Identity Governance, then you need to enable it to manage entitlements. |
