Integrate Sophos Cloud with Okta

Enable provisioning for the Sophos Cloud app instance to integrate with Okta.

Before you begin

  • You have an active Sophos Partner account. See Getting Started as a Partner.
  • You generated a Sophos Cloud API client ID and client secret.
    1. In Sophos Central, go to Settings > Global Settings > API Credentials.
    2. Click Add credentials, and then set the role to Service Principal Super Admin.
    3. Save the client ID and client secret in a secure location for later use.
  • You have your Sophos Cloud tenant ID. See Sophos Central Information.
  • You have your Sophos Cloud data region, for example in01. See API hosts for data regions.
  • You have permission to manage apps in Okta.

Procedure

  1. In the Admin Console, go to Applications > Applications.
  2. Click Browse App Catalog.
  3. Search for and select Sophos Cloud, and then click Add Integration.
  4. In General Settings, enter your Application label.
  5. Click Done.
  6. Go to the Provisioning tab, click Integration, and then click Configure API Integration.
  7. Select Enable API Integration.
  8. Enter your Client ID, Client Secret, Tenant ID, and Data Region.
  9. Click Test API Credentials.
  10. When the authorization process is complete, click Save.
  11. Select To App under Settings. Click Edit, and then select the provisioning features that you want to enable.
  12. Click Save.
