Integrate Zoho Mail with Okta

Complete the steps in this guide to configure provisioning for Zoho Mail in your Okta org. You must have a Zoho Mail organization account with Super Admin privileges. See Zoho Mail Roles and Privileges.

  1. In the Admin Console, go to ApplicationsApplications.

  2. Click Browse App Catalog.
  3. Search for and select Zoho Mail, and then click Add Integration.
  4. Enter a label for the app, and then click Done.
  5. Go to the Provisioning tab, and then click Configure API Integration.
  6. Select Enable API integration.
  7. Enter a domain. The supported domain types are com, com.au, in, sa, ca, jp, and uk.
  8. Optional. If you don't want to import groups from Zoho Mail, clear Import Groups. Otherwise, leave it selected.
  9. Click Authenticate with Zoho Mail. A new window opens to allow you to sign in to Zoho Mail.
  10. Sign in to Zoho Mail as a Super Admin. Click Accept to authorize Okta to access Zoho Mail.
  11. After authorization is complete, click Save.
  12. Select To App under Settings. Click Edit, and then select the provisioning features that you want to enable.
  13. Click Save.
