Integrate Zoho Mail with Okta
Complete the steps in this guide to configure provisioning for Zoho Mail in your Okta org. You must have a Zoho Mail organization account with Super Admin privileges. See Zoho Mail Roles and Privileges.

In the Admin Console, go to .
- Click Browse App Catalog.
- Search for and select Zoho Mail, and then click Add Integration.
- Enter a label for the app, and then click Done.
- Go to the Provisioning tab, and then click Configure API Integration.
- Select Enable API integration.
- Enter a domain. The supported domain types are com, com.au, in, sa, ca, jp, and uk.
- Optional. If you don't want to import groups from Zoho Mail, clear Import Groups. Otherwise, leave it selected.
- Click Authenticate with Zoho Mail. A new window opens to allow you to sign in to Zoho Mail.
- Sign in to Zoho Mail as a Super Admin. Click Accept to authorize Okta to access Zoho Mail.
- After authorization is complete, click Save.
- Select To App under Settings. Click Edit, and then select the provisioning features that you want to enable.
- Click Save.
