Download logs

To download logs:

  1. Navigate to your Access Gateway Instance.
  2. Select the Logs tab.
    Select the Logs tab.
  3. Select the Log Download pane.
  4. Using the date picker select a date for the download.


  5. Click Prepare download.
    You may click Cancel at any time to cancel the preparation of, or the download of a log.

    Note

    Depending on the number of Access Gateway instances and other factors the preparation of the download may take several minutes.

  6. Click Download to download the generated log file. Click Delete to cancel.
  7. Navigate to location where the logs file was downloaded and extract the contents as required.
