Read Envelope

Read an envelope in DocuSign.

Required fields are indicated in red.

Unless otherwise mentioned, all fields are text.

Options

  • Accounts (drop-down): choose from available DocuSign accounts

Input

  • Envelope ID: unique ID of the envelope

Output

Envelope

  • Status: envelope status; one of: completed, created, declined, delivered, sent, signed, or voided
  • Email Subject: subject of the email

  • Email Body: body of the email

  • Brand ID (drop-down): ID of the brand
  • Allow Markup (true/false): whether markup is allowed
  • Allow Reassign (true/false): whether the envelope can be reassigned
  • Allow Comments (true/false): whether comments are allowed
  • Auto Navigation (true/false): whether auto navigation is enabled
  • Message Lock(true/false): whether the message is locked
  • Allow View History (true/false): whether the envelope history can be viewed
  • Created Date Time (date and time): date and time the envelope was created
  • Last Modified Date Time (date and time): date and time the envelope was last modified
  • Status Changed Date Time (date and time): date and time the status of the envelope last changed

Sender

  • Username: username of the sender
  • User ID: ID of the sender
  • Account ID: account ID of the sender
  • Email: email address of the sender

Document

  • Name: name of the document
  • Document ID: ID of the document
  • Authoritative Copy (true/false): whether the document is the authoritative copy

Recipients

  • Signers
    • Email: email address of the editor
    • Name: name of the editor
    • User ID: user ID of the editor
    • Recipient ID: ID of the editor
  • In Person Signers
    • Host Email: email address of the host
    • Host Name: name of the host
    • Signer Email: email address of the signer
    • Signer Name: name of the signer
    • User ID: ID of the user
    • Recipient ID: ID of the recipient
  • Intermediaries
    • Email: email address of the editor
    • Name: name of the editor
    • User ID: user ID of the editor
    • Recipient ID: ID of the editor
  • Certified Deliveries
    • Email: email address of the editor

Reminders

  • Reminder Delay (number): number of days to wait after creating the envelope before sending first reminder
  • Reminder Enabled (true/false): whether reminders are enabled
  • Reminder Frequency (number): frequency (in days) to send additional reminders after the first

Expiration

  • Expiration Enabled (true/false): whether expiration is enabled
  • Expire After (number): number of days after which the envelope expires
  • Expire Warning (number): number of days before envelope expires to send an expiration warning

Template

  • Template ID: unique ID of the envelope
  • Name: name of the template
  • Applied: reserved for DocuSign
  • URI: URI that contains the user ID
