Search Users

Search users in DocuSign group using the defined criteria.

Required fields are indicated in red.

Unless otherwise mentioned, all fields are text.

Options

  • Accounts (drop-down): choose from available DocuSign accounts
  • Result Set (drop-down): choose whether the search returns First Matching Record or All Matching Records

Input

  • Email: email address of the user

  • Group ID: unique ID of the group the user belongs to

  • Login Status: whether the user is currently logged in or not

  • Status (drop-down): status of the user's account, choose from Activation Required, Activation Sent, Active, Closed, or Disabled

  • Username Substring: substring of the username

Output

  • Username: username of the user

  • User ID: unique ID of the user

  • User Type: type of the user

  • Is Admin: when true, the user's feature set is actively set as part of the plan

  • User Status (drop-down): status of the user's account, can be of one of these: ActivationRequired, ActivationSent, Active, Closed, or Disabled

  • URI: URI containing the user ID

  • Email: email address of the user

  • Created Date Time: the date and the time when the user was created in DocuSign

  • User Added to Account Date Time: the date and the time when the user was added to the DocuSign account

  • First Name: first name of the user

  • Last Name: last name of the user

  • Job Title: job title of the user

  • Company: name of the company the user is with

  • Permission Profile ID: unique ID of the permission profile associated with the user, can be one of these: 2301416 (for the DocuSign Viewer profile), 2301415 (for the DocuSign Sender profile), or 2301414 (for the Account Administrator profile)

  • Permission Profile Name: name of the permission profile associated with the user
