Workflows known issues
The following items are known issues within Okta Workflows.
Access to Workflows
For Workflows to perform properly, you must have the single sign-on (SSO) feature enabled. Visit the Okta Help Center or contact Okta support.
Spreadsheet functions
Certain connectors use polling to trigger events. This means that these events may not trigger immediately when changes occur, but may take several minutes before activating the flow.
Connector event and action limitations
Workflows memory limits affect the number of items that can be shown in dynamically generated connector drop-downs. For example, the Okta connector only displays the first 100 applications for any event or action cards that use a dropdown list of applications.
On-premises applications
Okta Workflows doesn't support connections to on-premises third-party applications.
