Manually assign people to a group

Assign people to a group to make them members of the group.

  1. In the Admin Console, go to Directory > Groups.
  2. Select a group in the list, or enter the name of the group in the search field.
  3. Click Assign people.
  4. Enter the name of the person in the Search field.
  5. Click Assign to assign the person to the group.
  6. Optional. Select one of these options to assign additional people to the group:
    1. Repeat steps 4 and 5 to add additional people to the group.
    2. Click , select Assign all, and select Assign all people in org to assign all people in your org to the group.
  1. Click Done.
  2. Click Back to Groups to return to the Groups page.
