View and manage orgs

Limited Early Access release

You can view all associated and managed orgs in the Aerial Console. Once an org has given consent, you can add it as a managed org.

View associated or managed orgs

  1. Sign in to the Aerial Console.

  2. Go to Organizations.

  3. Click the All organizations tab to view all orgs associated with your Okta Aerial account.

  4. Click the Managed organizations tab to view orgs that you can manage.

    Your Okta Aerial org always displays as a managed org. Go to its Admin Console to manage users and app sign-in policies.

  5. Search or scroll down to the org that you want to view. You can filter orgs by their status.

  6. For managed orgs, click the link in the Managed Organization column to request access and sign in directly from the Aerial Console. Otherwise, click the domain url to go to its sign-in page. See Sign in to a managed org.

Add managed orgs

Once Okta Aerial has consent to manage an org, you can add it as a managed org in the Aerial Console. Once added, it displays in the Managed organizations tab. See Grant consent to Okta Aerial.

  1. Go to OrganizationsAll organizations.

  2. Search or scroll down to the org that you want to manage and click Add org to Aerial.

You can manage an Okta org with only one Aerial account. Once you've added a managed org to an Aerial account, it can't be removed or reassigned to a different one.
