Send Okta Verify feedback from your macOS device

Send feedback to Okta when you want to share suggestions or ideas about Okta Verify, or if you want to report an issue.

Note for administrators: Okta Verify for macOS is only available on Okta Identity Engine.

  1. From the menu bar extras, click the Okta Verify icon > Report Issue.

  2. Enter a descriptive title for the issue.

    3. The image shows the Report an issue dialog for macOS.

  3. Enter a detailed description of the issue.

    4. Consider including steps to reproduce the error, and information about your browser.

  4. Click Submit report.

    5. If the button isn't available, you aren't set up to share diagnostic information with Okta.
