Retry an on-demand agent auto-update

Retry a queued on-demand agent auto-update if the update was unsuccessful, or communication with Okta was interrupted during an agent auto-update. You can retry only unsuccessful on-demand agent auto-updates.

  1. In the Admin Console, go to DirectoryDirectory Integrations.
  2. Click an LDAP instance.
  3. Click the Agents tab.
  4. Click Retry in the Update agents dialog.
