Modify routing rules
Use the Routing Rules tab to deactivate or delete rules, edit their conditions, or change their priority. You can modify any routing rule except for the default.
- In the Admin Console, go to .
- Click the Routing Rules tab.
- Drag the rule into the order you want. The number of rules that are evaluated affects performance, so move your most frequently used rules to the top of the list.
- Click a rule name to see Activate, Deactivate, Edit, and Delete buttons.
