Test a customized email template
You can test a customized email template by sending it to your primary email address. This enables you to validate macro attributes and translations, as well as view how the template renders in different email environments.
Free trial editions of Okta can't create or send customized email templates.
- In the Admin Console, go to Customizations > Branding. Or, if you enabled multibrand customization, go to , and then select the brand you want.
- In the Communications panel, click Edit. Or, if you enabled multibrand customization, click Emails.
- Choose an email template that you've customized.
- Click Send test.
- Check your primary email address for the test message.
