Prioritize AI agent profile sources

Set source priority rules to determine which provider's attribute values take precedence.

About this task

If an AI agent exists in multiple provider platforms, attributes from the higher-priority profile source are represented as the core schema of the AI agent when it’s imported from multiple platforms into Okta.

Before you begin

  • You have permission to manage your org’s AI agents.
  • You’ve configured AI agent creation and matching criteria for a provider app. See Enable AI agent imports for an app.
  1. In the Admin Console, go to Directory > Profile Editor.
  2. Select the AI agents tab.
  3. Use the filters or search field to find an AI agent provider.
  4. Click the pencil icon next to a provider to edit its priority.
  5. Click Save Priority.
  6. Click Confirm on the dialog that appears.
