Download Okta Verify for Windows

Desktop MFA is part of Okta Device Access, which uses Okta Verify for device registration and user authentication. If Okta Device Access isn't enabled for your organization, contact your account representative.

You need to download the latest version of the Okta Verify client application to configure and deploy Desktop MFA to the Windows machines defined in your org.

Procedure

Don't use the package from the Microsoft App Store.

Download the Okta Verify package from the Admin Console:

  1. In the Admin Console, go to SettingsDownloads.

  2. In the End User Apps section, download the Okta Verify for Windows (.exe) file.
