Add custom resource servers

Create an inventory of your org's custom resource servers. You can use them to create a resource connection between a resource server and an AI agent.

Before you begin

You have the super admin role.

Start this task

1. In the Admin Console, go to DirectoryResource Servers.

2. Click Add resource server.
3. Register the resource server:
   1. Enter a name, resource URL, and description.
   2. Click Save and continue.
4. Register the authorization server:
   1. Enter the Authorize Endpoint URL. Okta directs users to this endpoint to sign in and grant consent.
   2. Enter the Token Endpoint URL. Okta uses this endpoint to exchange an authorization code for an access token.
   3. Click Save and continue.
5. Create a client credentials set:
   1. Enter a Client credentials name.
   2. Enter your Client ID and Client secret.
   3. Enter a scope.
   4. Click Add to add more scopes.
   5. Click Save.
6. To create more client credentials sets, click Add and repeat the previous step.
7. Click Done and close.
