Import AI agents from an app
Import AI agents from a provider app so you can view and manage them in Okta. After the import is complete, the AI agents appear on the page where you can register and activate them.
Before you begin
- You have the super admin role.
- You've enabled AI agent imports for the provider app. See Enable AI agent imports for an app.
Start this task
There are two ways to import an AI agent from a provider app into Okta: From the AI Agents page and From the Applications page.
From the AI Agents page

In the Admin Console, go to .
- Click . The AI agent providers page appears. The page lists the provider apps that are configured for AI agent imports.
- Click the Import button that's next to a provider app. A notification indicates that the import is running. If the Import button isn't available, the provider app isn't configured for AI agent imports.
The AI agent providers page has an Add AI agent provider button at the top right. If you click the button, you're directed to the Browse Okta Integration Catalog page where you can integrate an app.
From the Applications page

In the Admin Console, go to .
- Search for and select an AI agent provider app.
- Go to the AI agent import tab.
- Click Imported AI agents.
- Click Import now. A notification indicates that the import is running.
