View and monitor AI agent imports

View the details of your imported AI agents and monitor AI agent imports from provider apps. After the import is complete, the AI agents appear on the DirectoryAI Agents page where you can register and activate them. Okta recommends that you use scheduled imports to ensure that your AI agents registry is always up to date. If ISPM discovers AI agents between your scheduled imports, register them in the Okta Admin Console directly from ISPM.

View imported AI agents

  1. In the Admin Console, go to ApplicationsApplications.

  2. Select an AI agent provider app.
  3. Go to the AI agent import tab.
  4. To monitor the app's AI agent imports, click Monitor imports. The Import MonitoringAI agent import tab opens.
  5. To view your imported AI agents, click View agents. On the AI agents page, the Source column indicates if an AI agent was imported from a provider app or added manually.

Monitor AI agent imports

  1. In the Admin Console, go to ReportsImport Monitoring.

  2. Go to the AI agent import tab. The tab displays the following AI agent import details:
    • Import date: The date and time of the AI agent import.
    • Applications: The app integration that AI agents were imported from.
    • AI agent provider: The provider of the app integration.
    • Status: Indicates if the import is completed, failed, or is in progress.
  3. Click View log to view the System Log event for the import.

The AI agent import tab only displays imports from the past 7 days. You can view previous AI agent imports in the System Log.
