Update AI agents
Update an AI agent's configurations. If the AI agent was imported from a provider app, you can't delete it or edit its name or description.

Edit an AI agent

In the Admin Console, go to .
- Click the actions menu, and then select View.
- Go to the Profile tab and select Edit.
- Update the name or description.
- Click Save.
Update an AI agent's owners

In the Admin Console, go to .
- Click the actions menu, and then select View.
- Go to the Owners tab and select Edit.
- On the dialog that appears, complete the following:
- Select Assign individual owners or Assign a group owner.
- If you selected individual owners, use the field to assign up to five users.
- Click Save.
Update an AI agent's credentials
You must always have at least one active credential. You can't delete or deactivate your only active credential.

In the Admin Console, go to .
- Click an AI agent.
- Select the Credentials tab.
- Click the actions menu, and then select Activate, Deactivate, or Delete.
Update an AI agent's linked apps
You can link a single app instance to multiple AI agents.

In the Admin Console, go to .
- Select an AI agent.
- On the AI agent page, click User sign-on.
- Select an app from the dropdown menu.
- Click Link.
- Click Linked application to see the list of AI agents that are linked to the app.
Unlink an app from an AI agent
Deactivate the AI agent before you unlink an app instance.

In the Admin Console, go to .
- Click an agent to unlink from an app instance.
- Click Unlink application.
Delete an AI agent
You can only delete inactive agents that were added to Okta manually. If an agent is active, you must deactivate it first.

In the Admin Console, go to .
- Click the actions menu, and then select Delete.
- Click Save.
If you delete an AI agent, it's only deleted in Okta and not in the provider app.
