Okta for AI Agents status types

Status types help you track and manage the Okta for AI Agents ecosystem:

  • You can only create resource connections between AI agents and resources that have the Active status.
  • You can only deactivate records that have the Active status.
  • You can only delete records that have the Inactive status.
  • Deactivating an AI agent doesn't impact its ownership, credentials, or user sign-on settings.
  • If you delete an AI agent, it's only deleted in Okta and not in the provider app. You can't delete imported AI agents.
  • You can only deactivate a public key if there are two or more keys assigned to the AI agent.
