View Okta Active Directory (AD) agent status information

The Agent monitors page lists all Okta AD Agents installed in a domain. To be considered operational, an agent must have a stable connection to Okta servers (the agent sends requests to Okta at regular intervals).

The agent must also have a valid configuration and must be integrated with the on-premises AD server.

You can view the agent operational status, connection state, and version information. You can also download, update, deactivate, and delete single or multiple agents.

The following icons in the Version column help you quickly identify the status of your installed agents:

  • A green check mark indicates that the agent is up to date.
  • A yellow warning triangle indicates that the agent is out of date and should be updated.
  1. In the Admin Console, go to DirectoryDirectory Integrations.
  2. Click an AD instance.
  3. Click the Agents tab.
