Identify your Desktop Single Sign-On type

Identifying your existing Desktop Single Sign-On (SSO) type helps you determine if more action is required to keep it working.

1. In the Admin Console, go to Security > Delegated Authentication.
2. Click the Active Directory tab.
3. Review the following to determine what action is required:
   • If there's an agent running and enabled in the on-premises Desktop SSO section, you're using IWA Web agent for Desktop SSO.
   • If there's no warning in the Agentless Desktop SSO section, then you're using Agentless Desktop SSO, which is the recommended configuration.
