Configure Advent Black Diamond provisioning with Okta

Enable provisioning for your Advent Black Diamond instance to integrate with Okta.

Before you begin

  • You have an Advent Black Diamond account with admin access to manage users.

  • You know the Primary Key ID. You can obtain this ID from the developer portal dashboard under ProfilePrimary Key.

  • You know the client ID and client secret. The Advent Black Diamond team provides these credentials. Contact Advent Black Diamond support to request the required credentials.

Start this task

To configure provisioning for the Advent Black Diamond app, complete the following steps:

  1. In the Admin Console, go to ApplicationsApplications.

  2. Click Browse App Catalog.

  3. Search for and select Advent Black Diamond, and then click Add Integration.

  4. On the General tab, enter the Application label, Base URL, and SSO ID. The Base URL contains (https://) and SSO ID.

  5. Click Done.

  6. Go to the Provisioning tab, select Integration, and click Configure API Integration.

  7. Select Enable API Integration.

  8. Enter your client ID and client secret.

  9. Click Test API Credentials.

  10. After Advent Black Diamond is successfully verified, click Save.

  11. Select To App under Settings. Click Edit, and then select the provisioning features that you want to enable.
  12. Click Save.
