Configure BMC Remedyforce provisioning with Okta

Enable provisioning for your BMC Remedyforce instance to integrate with Okta.

Before you begin

  • You have a BMC Remedyforce account with admin access to manage users and groups.
  • You have configured OAuth in Salesforce. See Configure OAuth and REST integration.
  • You have the profile ID and related licenses associated with the BMC Remedyforce account.

Start this task

  1. In the Admin Console, go to ApplicationsApplications.

  2. Click Browse App Catalog.
  3. Search for and select the BMC Remedyforce app and then click Add Integration.
  4. On the General tab, enter the Application label and Custom Domain. For example, if your domain is 202604070509080294.my.salesforce.com, enter 202604070509080294.

  5. Click Done.

  6. Go to the Provisioning tab, select Integration, and click Configure API Integration.

  7. Select Enable API Integration.

  8. Enter the OAuth Consumer Secret and OAuth Consumer Key.

  9. Click Authenticate with BMC Remedyforce.

  10. After BMC Remedyforce is successfully verified, click Save.
  11. Select To App under Settings. Click Edit, and then select the provisioning features that you want to enable.
  12. Click Save.
