Create an enhanced dynamic zone

Create an enhanced network zone that includes and excludes specific IP service categories, locations, and Autonomous System Numbers (ASNs).

Before you begin

Ensure that you’re signed in as a super admin.

Start this task

  1. In the Admin Console, go to SecurityNetworks.
  2. Select Add zoneEnhanced Dynamic Zone. The Add Enhanced Dynamic Zone dialog opens.
  3. Enter a Zone name.
  4. Select Block access from IPs matching conditions if you want to block the IP service category, locations, and ASNs in the zone.
  5. Select an IP service category option:
    • Not configured: No IP service categories are configured for the zone.
    • Include the following IP service categories: The IP service categories selected in the next step are included in the zone.
    • All IP service categories except: The IP service categories selected in the next step are excluded from the zone. All other IP service categories are included.
  6. In the Type an IP service category name field, enter the IP service categories for the zone.
  7. Select a Location option:
    • Include locations: The locations selected in the next step are included in the zone.
    • All locations except: The locations selected in the next step are excluded from the zone. All other locations are included.
  8. In the Location field, enter the country and state or region, if applicable.
  9. Click Add Another to add more locations.
  10. In the ISP autonomous system numbers (ASNs) field, enter the ASNs that you want included in the zone.
  11. Click Save.
