Manage apps

Early Access release

View the apps that are assigned to the portal, and assign or unassign users to those apps.

Before you begin

Ensure you're signed in to the portal as super admin, org admin, or partner admin.

Assign users to an app

  1. Go to Apps, and then select an app.
  2. Click Add user. A panel opens.
  3. Click the Select user dropdown menu.
  4. Type to search for the user.
  5. Select the user, and then click Assign user.

Unassign users from an app

  1. Go to Apps, and then select an app.
  2. On the Apps page, click Users.
  3. Click Unassign to remove a user from the app.
