Reset authenticators

You can reset authenticators for a user, whether their account is in Universal Directory, Active Directory, or LDAP. This action resets the authenticator configuration and allows users to re-enroll.

  1. In the Admin Console, go to DirectoryPeople.
  2. Find and select the user whose authenticators you want to reset.
  3. Click More Actions Reset Authenticators.
  4. Select the authenticators that you want to reset.
  5. Click Reset Selected Authenticators.
