Authorization

When you add a Dropbox for Business card to a flow for the first time, Okta prompts you to configure the connection. This enables you to connect your Dropbox for Business account, save your account information, and reuse the connection in new flows that include Dropbox for Business.

You can create multiple unique connections and manage them from the Connections page in the Okta Workflows Console.

To create a connection from an action card:

  1. Click New Connection.

  2. Enter a Connection Nickname. This is useful if you plan to create multiple Dropbox for Business connections to share with your team.

  3. Click Create.

  4. In the Sign In dialog, enter an email address and password, then click Sign In, to log in to your Dropbox for Business account.

Optionally, you can log in with a Google account, or use your corporate single sign-on credentials.

  5. If prompted, enter the 6-digit code that was sent to you as an extra factor for authentication.

  6. Click Allow to authorize access to your Dropbox for Business account.
