Authorization

When you add a Google Workspace Admin card to a flow for the first time, Okta Workflows prompts you to configure the connection. This connection links to your Google Workspace Admin account and saves your account information so you can reuse the connection for future flows.

Note:

You can create multiple unique connections and manage them from the Connections page in the Okta Workflows Console.

To create a connection from an action card, complete the following steps:

Click New Connection.
Enter a Connection Nickname. As a best practice, make this nickname unique so that you can connect multiple Google Workspace Admin accounts.
Enter your Domain.
Click Create.
