Files or Folder Updated

Triggers a flow when a file or folder is updated in OneDrive.

Parent Folder ID ID of the folder to which you want to upload the file. Leave empty for root. String

Name Name of the user who created the file or folder. String

Last Modified By The last user to modify the resource.

Mime Type MIME type for the file. This is determined by logic on the server and might not be the value provided when the file was uploaded. String

CTag ETag for the content of the item. This eTag is not changed if only the metadata is changed. String

Number of records streamed in a streaming flow.

This field appears when you select Stream Matching Records from the Result Set option.

Additional information

  • Users can subscribe to changes to the root folder only, and cannot subscribe to changes in sub-folders. OneDrive for Business accounts are typically used in organizations.

  • Users can make changes only to files or folders directly in the specified Parent Folder ID. Any changes to a file or folder in the a sub-folder of the specified parent folder will not trigger the flow. A new flow will need to be created with the sub-folder as the parent folder in order to track changes to items in the sub-folder.

  • Users must be part of the group or have direct access to the file to read permissions of a file in that group.
