Build a row object. Use this action with Add Rows or Update Rows to create or update more than one row in a sheet.

Input
Input fields for Build Row Object are dynamically generated for each Smartsheet sheet.
For each column in a sheet, an input field is generated. Input fields are named according to the column that they reference. For example, if a column is named Date in a Smartsheet sheet, it has a corresponding input field named Date.
If no custom names are specified, the card uses the default Smartsheet naming scheme of Column1, Column2, and so on.
If you select Update Rows as the Action option, then a Row ID field appears so that you can specify a row.
If you enable the Restrict to... option at the bottom of the Insert Column or Edit Column Properties form in your Smartsheet UI, you must enter values that pass data validation.
- For the Date column type, if you select Restrict to dates only, you must enter a date like 02/12/2018.
- For the Dropdown List column type, if you select Restrict to dropdown values only, then only one option value from the list can be used.
- For a Contact List column type, if you select Restrict to list values only, then email address must be added, if available. Otherwise, the name must be added.
