List Issues

List issues in a Jira project.

If the number of issues retrieved is more than the limit of 100 results, you can stream the output to a helper flow to filter your results.

From the list of projects found in your Jira account, select which project you want to search against:

  • --All Projects--: all the projects present in your account

  • --Insert Project Key--: manually input the project identifier

  • Any other specific project found in your account

Issue Type

From the list of issue types found in your Jira account, select which type you want to search:

  • --All Issue Types--: all the issue types present in your projects

  • --Insert ID--: manually input the issue type identifier

  • Any other specific issue type found in the selected Project

Result Set Specify how you want to have the results returned.

Select either the First 100 Records or Stream Records.

Enter the identifier or key of the project.

This field appears when you select --Insert Project Key-- from the Project field.

Enter the identifier or name of the issue type.

This field appears when you select --Insert ID-- from the Issue Type field.

Streaming

Flow

Click Choose Flow to browse and select a helper flow where the search results will be streamed, then click Choose to confirm.

Optionally, click the empty field under Click or drop here to create and add custom extensible fields that pass data to the helper flow. These fields are added as key/value pairs under the State output object in the helper flow.

This field appears when you select Stream Records from the Result Set field.

Search Criteria

Record Limit

Specify the number of records to stream.

  • When the Record Limit field is set to 0, the stream returns no records.

  • When the Record Limit field is set to greater than 0, the stream returns up to the maximum number specified.

  • When the Record Limit field is empty, null, or not selected, the stream returns all records.

  • The default value is 500000.

  • The valid range is from 0 to 500000.

This field appears when you select Stream Matching Records from the Result Set option.
