KnowBe4 is a security awareness training and simulated phishing platform.

Through Okta Workflows, you can retrieve information about users and groups, and make custom API calls to the KnowBe4 Reporting API.

Authorize your KnowBe4 account

When you add a KnowBe4 card to a flow for the first time, Okta Workflows prompts you to configure the connection. This connection links to your KnowBe4 account and saves your account information, so you can reuse this connection for future KnowBe4 flows.
