Step 0: Before you begin

1. Connect your Okta application.

2. Connect your Excel application.

3. Create an Excel Spreadsheet called User Suspension Report.

4. In the spreadsheet, label column A UserName and column B Date of Suspension.

5. Create a test user that you can suspend.

6. Familiarize yourself with Workflows overview and Build and test a flow.
