Update a user's Gmail settings

Options

Field Definition Type Required
Google Cloud Platform Project Project to which the user belongs.

A maximum of 100 projects are displayed.

Optionally, to specify a project by an email address, select Enter Service Account Email. If you select this option, then the Service Account field will also be populated with the same option. You must enter the email address in the Email field of the Service Account input section.

If a failure occurs and projects are not listed in the dropdown, then only the Enter Service Account Email option will be displayed.

POP Settings

  • Access Window

    		• Range of messages accessible through POP. Dropdown FALSE
    Disposition Action for a message after it has been fetched through POP. Dropdown FALSE
    IMAP Settings
    Enabled When yes, IMAP is enabled for the account. Dropdown FALSE
    Auto Expunge When yes, a message marked as deleted in IMAP will be immediately expunged. Dropdown FALSE
    Expunge Behavior Action to be taken on a message marked as deleted and expunged from the last visible IMAP folder. Dropdown FALSE
    Max Folder Size Limit on the number of messages that an IMAP folder may contain; 0 means no limit. Dropdown FALSE
    Forwarding Settings
    Enabled If yes, all incoming emails are automatically forwarded to another address. Dropdown FALSE
    Email Address Email address to which all incoming emails are forwarded; this email address must be a verified member of the forwarding addresses. String FALSE
    Disposition
  • State in which a message should be left after it has been forwarded.

    Signature Settings
    Delete If yes, deletes the user's signature for the corresponding email in the Gmail web UI. Dropdown FALSE
    Signature
  • An HTML signature included in the messages composed with the corresponding email in the Gmail web UI.

    Field Definition Type
    Status Code Result of the operation. The connector returns an HTTP status code that indicates whether the action taken by the card succeeded or failed. For example:
    • A 201 Created status code indicates success where a new resource was created.
    • A 403 Forbidden error indicates that the HTTP request wasn't processed because the necessary permissions were missing.
