Add a user to a specific Zoho Mail org.

  • Super Admin: Can manage roles and alter a user's active or inactive status in their org. This role can create and share forms and reports, add approvals, and assign tasks to users. Super Admins can also add new users to the org.
  • Admin: Can perform the same actions as a Super Admin, except that they can't change any user roles.
  • Respondent: Can access and submit forms, tasks, and approvals. This role can also edit, approve, and deny any shared reports, except for creating or editing forms.
  • User: Can create, access, and submit a form. A user can also update any records assigned to them as tasks.
