Supported platforms for Okta Verify

Okta Verify supports operating system (OS) releases and web browser combinations for a limited time.

If you're troubleshooting Okta Verify issues, ensure that the Okta Verify configuration for your org meets the following requirements:

  • Users have the latest version of Okta Verify installed.
  • Both the device platform and version are supported.
  • The browser is supported for your device platform and version.
  • The browser is running the latest available version.

End of Support

Effective March 31, 2026, the 32-bit version of the Okta Verify app for Windows transitions to End of Support.
