View the progress of an active campaign

Monitor the progress of your active campaigns and pending review items at glance and from the campaign’s page.

Start this task

  1. In the Admin Console, go to Identity Governance > Access Certifications.
  2. On the Access certification campaigns page, go to the Active tab.

View the overall progress

  1. Select the campaign you want to view.
  2. Use the Total reviews, Pending, Approved, and Revoked counts displayed in the Progress section to track the overall progress of the campaign.

View pending review items

  1. Select the campaign you want to view.
  2. Go to the Pending tab.
  3. Optional. From the Resources dropdown menu, select a resource. You can also use the search bar to filter by a user or reviewer.

As an admin, you can reassign review items to a different reviewer even when the campaign is active. See Modify a scheduled campaign

View closed review items, reviewer justification, and remediation status

  1. Select the campaign you want to view.
  2. Go to the Closed tab.
  3. Optional. From the Resources dropdown menu, select a resource. You can also use the search bar to filter by a user or reviewer.
  4. Select a review item to view details, such as the date and time of the review, users application entitlements, remediation status, and the business justification for the reviewer’s decision to approve or revoke the user’s access. You can also view the history of the review item. The history contains useful information such as details about the original reviewer, business justification for the reassignment, and details of the final reviewer.

Remediation may fail in some cases or you may be required to remediate manually. See About remediation

To view previously completed campaigns, you can go to the Closed tab on the Access certification campaigns page. You can view all campaigns that were completed in the last 12 months.
