Change resource owners

You can change the owners of the following types of resources:

Apps
Bundles
Entitlements
Groups
Resource collections

Note: Group and resource collection ownership are handled slightly different than bundles and entitlements. To change the owners of a group, follow the Manage group owners procedure. For resource collections, perform a combination of removing and assigning owners to the collection.

Before you begin

You must be an admin with permissions to manage apps, view groups and their details, view users and their details, and manage resource collections.
If you want to change the type of owner from users to group, or from group to users, you must remove the existing owners and then assign the new owners. See Remove resource owners.

Procedure

In the Admin Console, go to Applications and Resources > Applications.
Search for and select the app integration that contains the resource whose ownership you want to change.
Go to the Governance tab.
Go to the Owners tab.
Click the type of resource whose ownership you want to change: Bundles or Entitlements.
Select Change owner from the menu beside the owner that you want to change.
Adjust the owners as desired and then click Assign owners.
