Integrate Pipedrive with Okta

Enable provisioning for the Pipedrive app instance to integrate with Okta.

Before you begin

  • You have an active Pipedrive account with admin privileges. Admin scope is required for user and role operations.
  • You have permission to manage apps in Okta.
  • To use Push Groups, you have a Pipedrive Premium plan or higher. Lite and Growth plans support only the default visibility group and don't support creating custom groups.

Procedure

  1. In the Admin Console, go to Applications and Resources > Applications.
  2. Click Browse App Catalog.
  3. Search for and select Pipedrive, and then click Add Integration.
  4. On the General tab, enter the Application label.
  5. Click Done.
  6. Go to the Provisioning tab, click Integration, and then click Configure API Integration.
  7. Select Enable API Integration.
  8. Click Authenticate with Pipedrive.
  9. In the window that appears, click Allow and Install to complete the authorization.
  10. When the authorization process is complete, click Save.
  11. Select To App under Settings. Click Edit, and then select the provisioning features that you want to enable.
  12. Click Save.
