Integrate Twilio with Okta

Complete the steps in this guide to configure provisioning for Twilio in your Okta org.

Before you begin

You have a Twilio account with the Organization Owner or Organization Admin role.
You have a verified Twilio organization domain.

In the Admin Console, go to ApplicationsApplications.
Click Browse App Catalog.
Search for and select Twilio, and then click Add Integration.
Enter a label for the app, and then click Done.
Go to the Provisioning tab, and then click Configure API Integration.
Select Enable API integration.
Click Authenticate with Twilio. The Twilio sign-in page opens.
Sign in as an Organization Owner or Organization Admin whose SSO is deactivated.
After Twilio is successfully verified, click Save.
Select To App under Settings. Click Edit, and then select the provisioning features that you want to enable.
Click Save.
