Twilio supported features

This table lists the features and functionality available with a Twilio integration.

Feature	Description
Push new users	Users created in Okta are also created in Twilio. The primary email and username must match for user creation to work.
Push profile updates	Updates to the Okta user profile are pushed to Twilio. Here are some important things to note: You can use this feature to update a user's first name, last name, username, and primary email. You can't use this feature to update the Organization Owner. The user's primary email and username must match for profile updates to work.
Import new users	Users created in Twilio can be imported into Okta. You can import up to 500 users.
Import profile updates	Updates made to a user's profile in Twilio are downloaded and applied to the profile fields in Okta.
Import user schema	Imports more user attributes from Twilio. This is also known as schema discovery.
Reactivate users	Users reactivated in Okta are also reactivated in Twilio.
Push user deactivation	Deactivating a user or disabling their Twilio access in Okta also deactivates the user in Twilio. You can't deactivate an Organization Owner.
