Use this feature to create in-depth, campaign specific reports after a resource campaign ends and all remediation is complete. These reports help simplify audit and compliance preparation by reducing the manual effort needed to assemble and export complex data. While the Past Campaign Details and Summary reports provide data for all closed campaigns, these campaign-specific reports provide complete traceability across the campaign timeline to help meet a majority of auditor requirements.

When a resource campaign with the Create auditor reporting package option enabled ends, Okta generates the following reports as a part of the reporting package:

  • Campaign scope: This report provides in-depth information (similar to the Past Campaign Details report) about users, resources, and reviewers who are included in the campaign at the time of the campaign launch.

  • Resource access - Campaign launch: This report includes details of who has access to the resource(s) that are included in the campaign at the time of the campaign's launch.

  • Resource access - Campaign complete: This report includes details of who has access to the resources included in the campaign when the campaign ends and all remediation is complete. Okta marks a campaign as closed on the end date or when all reviewers in the campaign complete their reviews, whichever happens first. When a campaign closes and doesn't require manual remediation, it's marked as complete. However, when it closes and requires manual remediation, Okta marks the campaign as complete after you confirm that manual remediation has been completed.

  • Campaign actions: This report provides in-depth information (similar to the Past Campaign Details report) about the reviewers' decisions on user access when the access certification campaign closed. Okta marks a campaign as closed on the end date or when all reviewers in the campaign complete their reviews, whichever happens first.

  • Resource access changes - Campaign launch to campaign complete: This report includes information on all access changes for the resources that are included in the campaign from the time the campaign launched to when the campaign closed. This report displays data from a 90-day window. If the campaign duration is greater than 90 days, this window is fixed to the final 90 days of the campaign.
