Unenroll a server from Okta Privileged Access

Teams can unenroll servers from Okta Privileged Access by manually removing it from the associated Okta Privileged Access project.

Teams can also stop the server agent service on the device. After four days, Okta Privileged Access automatically removes the server from the project. See Managed Okta Privileged Access server agent.

Manual unenrollment

You can manually unenroll a server from Okta Privileged Access by removing it from the project that it's enrolled in.

To remove a server from a project:

  1. Go to Resource Administration Resource Management and select the project where the server was enrolled.
  2. Select the Servers tab. This lists the servers that are currently enrolled in the project.
  3. Click the server you want to delete.

  4. Click the Actions menu and select Delete.

  5. Click Delete Server to remove the server from the project.
